Blues, On A Chilly Monday

Blue Monday.
I'm sharing a little mosaic I did a couple of years ago,
of some of my blue-and-white china.

Who doesn't love blue-and-white china?
Hmmm... rather odd, don't you think, that a color,
blue,
that we identify with sadness or feeling a bit gloomy,
should be one of our favorite colors?

I actually did have a few blue moments today;
Hallowe'en does that to me.

Paging Dr. Freud, paging Dr. Freud.

Since making this mosiac, I may have gotten more blue & white china.
Maybe.  It's just possible.  -- Cass

  1. Oh, Cass, our great love -- that blue and white! Sigh! I'm getting pickier, I must admit but blue and white abounds at Linderhof!

  4. You have so many pretty patterns of blue and white and I'd have to say top right in the first mosaic is my favourite. I have a only a couple of pieces and my newest teapot is Blue Willow because the Royal Doulton store had them on sale for $19.99 last week. How could I not buy one!
